Notes: The Morgatai are a hardy, nomadic race that has warred with the Caliphanite people for ages, long before the opening of the rift. It is said the Morgatai are direct descendants of the first race to populate the world. Others claim they are the misbegotten spawn of a long dead Artificer's bizarre experiment. The Caliphanites have acted as a buffer between the Morgatai and the rest of the continent, keeping them hemmed in within their icy wasteland. Such action appears to be racially, rather than politically motivated.
