Region: The Barrens
Location: Central plains of Tasador
Description/Climate: The Barrens is a vast hollow dominating Tasador's central plains. Inhospitable to all but the most doughty of explorers, there is very little life to be found in this rugged and infertile land.
Notes: Long rumored to be an Artificer stronghold. Venturing into the depths of the Barrens is considered an unwise proposition for fear of encountering the dreaded artisans whose brethren brought about the near destruction of the world a thousand years earlier. It has been said that the greatest of all the Artificer creations reside within the Barrens, and many a thief has lost his life pursuing such foolhardy designs.
